BBQ chicken, bbq and Buffalo wings and locally grown corn on the cob.
BOOM! Even got the foot in there. Seems like something Ric would do. Who puts a expensive cut of brisket in a InstaPot? Lol. Worked out perfect for what I wanted. From start to eaten, 2 hours. Thumbs up from this guy
Salad with grilled chicken tenders chunks and honey mustard dressing. Dang good din din tonight with a red moscato.

Grilled Chicken-of-the-Woods alfredo. Only a handful of fresh tomatoes left. I'm sure gonna miss them.
For some fall means pumpkin spice, for me it means chili time
Charcoal/hickory roasted chicken, baked potato, Jalapeño poppers. Dry brining chicken is the only way I will ever roast them again. Juicy, tender, and crispy skin from a 325-350* fire for about 90 minutes. Finger lickin' good.
Ribs from last nights supper, 2 racks of beef back and 1 rack of pork back and baked beans I doctored up, hmmmm. Lol

Fried backstrap with fresh hen of woods gravy and taters
Chicken of the Woods tacos with some Rosemary rice, the very last of our garden cherry tomatoes and lettuce. Well, more like burritos, but taco Tuesday exceeding expectations today. 
Last night I made this smoked chili again. Love this recipe.

Breakfast this morning was 3 open face bacon and tomato sammiches with mayo. Beef steak mater was thick and juicy and flavorful still.
