Wild turkey picatta. Mrs loves it so we keep the breasts for this one.
Cleaned the sinew out and made the scallopini.

1" thick, 8 and 10oz chunks of fresh red snapper. Grilled on wild cherry staves from the farm.
Always wanted to try a cast iron deep dish. I didn't realize I bought hot & spicey pepperoni, so the wife gets the cheesy half ....

Quick trip back TOO. Ribeyes on the barbie tonight for neighbor Cliff and I....
Wife is ready for a menu change. All I said was open face roast beef sounds good. Not sure how she got all this done after school today, but I'm not complaining. Bread is amazing!
