Wanted to try sumptin different tonight so I sliced and chopped up several of @fullbores peppers and sautéed them in a bit of olive oil and fried sage sausage patties separately. Drained the grease/fat and added together in bigger pan and added a half jar of my peach/pepper jam I made using bros peaches/peppers and caramelized it all up together and let me tell you……DANG it was good!!!! Going to chop leftovers up tomorrow night and stuff some soft tortillas and have soft tacos tomorrow night.
Fresh loins and half a strap done in the cast iron with half an onion and butter, cheesy pasta, and had to substitute broccoli for fuggin instant mashed potatoes because we didn’t have broccoli apparently. Oh well. Cuttin the steak with a fork.
