French fries, corn nuggets and frog legs.
February Surf and Turf, Northern style. Buffalo Woodland Wings, assorted Minnesota panfish and fries. My deep fryer is loaded with beef tallow now, and after this dinner, I don't care if I ever cook anything in a seed oil again as long as I live. Animal fat rules.

My version of jambalaya
homemade andouille sausage, chicken thighs, catfish and shrimp
I made us this for tonight’s meal. Baked steak and gravy, baked Russets and beans. She loved it.
