Couple pounds of those shrinp from Al-a-Bama. Roasted w salted butter, garlic, lemon zest ... lightly toasted sourdough to sop up the juice....

It really doesn't get too cold here very often, but when it does comfort food from growing up in TOO hits the spot.

wife made panko chicken Parm, this is a bad binge eating meal for me. Glad the kids are eating at the grandparents so I get more of this.

Growning up I had grean beans, potatoes and sausage as a meal for dinner at least once a week. Never thought of it as a side
