What's For Dinner?

Couple pounds of those shrinp from Al-a-Bama. Roasted w salted butter, garlic, lemon zest ... lightly toasted sourdough to sop up the juice....

Had three Sirloin Tip ham roasts and a couple hearts from last years deer that needed gone. Smoked for couple hours then in the crockpot, juice and all, with some of my brisket seasoning.

We make mashed potatoes and put it and some of the juice right on top... more cold wx comfort gnashing..
