Couple pounds of those shrinp from Al-a-Bama. Roasted w salted butter, garlic, lemon zest ... lightly toasted sourdough to sop up the juice....

That’s how we eat it at the house. The side was green beans but I kicked it up a notch since them Cajuns always doing “extra”.Growning up I had grean beans, potatoes and sausage as a meal for dinner at least once a week. Never thought of it as a side
