What's For Dinner?

Eggs straight from the barn paired with ground venison from just beyond the barn, cheese, spinach, onions, jalapenos, and chanterelle mushrooms. A dollop of Daisy, guacamole and salsa verde as accoutrements. Son. Fuggin tasty and leftovers for a couple days!

Sous vide squirrel Dianne with rosemary rice. this was as good a squirrel dish as I've ever eaten, let alone made. Nancy demolished an entire squirrel as fast as I did. methinks I'm going to be canning a whole lot less squirrel this year. :)
