Put some taters on the smoker and made chunky, smoked mashed potatoes to go with chicken for dinner tonight. Will definitely do again! Sorry, no pics. Didnt last long enough!
2 slabs of baby backs that were caramelized to this hilt with smoked cream cheese and mashed taters. Holy Gospel and Honey Hog we’re the rubs involved.
Prolly over cooked about an hour but I got busy doing other things. Nevertheless, Tam and I cleaned off every rib bone and they were delicious! We have one whole slab to eat on tomorrow

I wanna try that smoked cream cheese sometime. I've heard it's pretty good.
Peanut M&M needs to be an ice cream...change my mind.

Hunter grilled some marinated deer loins and the wife made a yellow squash casserole to go with it. Later by the pool will be refreshments deer sausage on the grill and backstrap. Potato salad and anything else. Watching the CWS baseball. And try to stay cool. Supposed to be 98 w heat index at 112 
3 rib steaks for the boys, 2 t-bones for mom n dad...all from my buddies herd. If ya ain't on a list yet, you're looking at close to the new year.....get on it!
