Notta-Lotta Acres purchased a meat pen of chickens from a fellow 4H club member, giving 2of3 a whirl tonight to determine which seasoning is preferred by the masses at home.

1 with a beer can chicken rub
1 with a brown sugar rub
Pit Boss fruit blend pellets

I was going to suggest just take a bite swish beer around in ur mouth and make a hot tub of goodness but i feel you know what is good owning and operating a fine grill like that...

Could you post the offical panko breaded buffalo recipe and breading method? I think chicken dove tree rat or rabbit can be used.....we want to know...

Grilled some chicken (rubbed in Weber Kickin Chicken)while at Norris Lake over the weekend so we brought home a gallon baggie full of leftover slices of it. Tonight I sautéed onions and several varieties of peppers from garden to compliment the chicken for fajitas. Have no pics of those but did take pic of our appetizers. Homemade salsa, hot cheddar cheese sauce and chips with Corona lattes. Pretty dang good.

I smoked a butt yesterday. Pulled at 204 degrees, rested for about an hour, the bone pulled right out. It was sandwiches last night, tacos and crunch wraps later in the week.
