What's For Dinner?

This really tasted like dish from a restaurant; truly shocked how much I enjoyed this simple lunch. Lingcod fillets I caught and marinaded in soy and mirin, greens from the garden, and rice.

Tasty lil snack right here with a few lattes. Cream cheese brick scored with butcher knife on both sides and sprinkled with Meat Church Fajita and Voodoo rub on both sides and baked or smoked for 2 hours at 225-250 and the spread on club crackers with my homemade peach/pepper jam. Delicious 🤤

Love that smoked cream cheese. We use a jalapeño jelly with ours. Very addicting…
