This really tasted like dish from a restaurant; truly shocked how much I enjoyed this simple lunch. Lingcod fillets I caught and marinaded in soy and mirin, greens from the garden, and rice.

Steak night usually falls on an occasional Friday night so I got out a bone in ribbie for me and a NY strip steak for her. Steak fries and side salad. Fried em up in brisket tallow and topped with mushies sauted in olive oil.
Finished up the butterscotch pie for dessert.

Had girls and their men over for brunch yesterday. Biscuits and gravy, fresh hashbrowns and hotcakes.

Tasty lil snack right here with a few lattes. Cream cheese brick scored with butcher knife on both sides and sprinkled with Meat Church Fajita and Voodoo rub on both sides and baked or smoked for 2 hours at 225-250 and the spread on club crackers with my homemade peach/pepper jam. Delicious

Had a blast in Florida last week and we did some mighty fine cooking. Boiled shrimp, beef tenderloin, Mahi ceviche, grilled snapper throats, grilled Mahi, snapper ceviche, raw oysters, baked oysters, smoked trout dip, shrimp boil, yellowfin poke bowl, and spicy yellowfin sushi roll. Man what a trip and what a fine mess of eats.

Will repeat. Did one spicy and one sweet. Both very tasty. Also smoked some deviled eggs. Hot damn!
