What's For Dinner?

Tenderloin steaks with sautéed onions and salad tonight and we split a Coors latte.

She came home to salads and ribeyes smothered in organic white mushrooms. Fried steaks in the new beef tallow and after pulling steaks off I added some olive oil to tallow remaining in skillet and sautéed the mushies. Pretty dang good med/rare steaks.

Low carb pasta. 7 grams net carbs per serving. Honesty, surprisingly, it is excellent quality pasta. I got some zero net carbs spaghetti from same company. Ground pork rinds in place of Panko for the topping.
