We had what I call "open face lasagna" last night. I make four cheese Deerburger Helper lasagna and mix in cottage cheese. One of my favorite meals!!!

dude, coming from a guy who has a lot of Italian in him! Get some ricotta cheese and mix it with it! Youll love it!

I miss grouse hunting so bad! That is, by far, the best tasting bird in my book.
We kill pheasant every year at Dillon and they don't even hold a candle to grouse.

It is REALLY good, with a little bit of hot mustard to dip it in right off the fire. Yummy.
