I started Jan 20th eating better and I am down nine pounds to 190. When the weather turns, I'm gonna start running. I'd really like to hit the gym, but with Kate in school and my work schedule, I don't believe I could commit to going on a regular basis. Thinking about installing a pullup bar and a jump rope, and building me couple jump boxes and doing some plyometric type stuff here around the house when I'm off. I've got an old bowflex to use for lightweight training, but the resistance weights have lost some of their tension, so I can't get real crazy.
