I stirred up a new stuffing for peppers and thought I would also try it with zucchini. It turned out really good and it was the first time in a long time that the wife couldn't stop talking about how good my zucchini was.

I had a productive morning hunt with the new rifle. The octoberfest beer braised squirrel should be ready for dinner.

It was. I didnt want to wait to eat left overs once i got home from work. So made the decision to drive home on dinner break to have some.
My wife doesn't cook and can't cook. She had a hankering for meat loaf yesterday and since she was off, I urged her to try her hand at it. Well much to my surprise, she nailed it! She used deer meat and it was awesome. So after 6 years of marriage, she might be coming around!!! lmao

My wife made Scotch Eggs for dinner tonight. We got the recipe from Steve Rinella on the show Meateater. I've never had it before but it's now one of my favorites.
