Bunch of outlaws around here!

Sorta. The places I have been where I don't have written permission, I have verbal permission to shed/coyote hunt. Some of these owners don't care if you are coyote/shed hunting but won't give the written permission due to some deer hunters abusing the permission slip. I have had to go retrieve Hank from property I don't have permission on though. He is getting better each trip out. Shouldn't be an issue the more I work with him.

There is a sweet piece along a river that has a bike trail that leads by it that I'm tossing a turning in bed over!LOL In your guys honest opinion if I parked in the bicycle vehicle parking lot next to the trail and pulled a bike out of my truck bed with several large decals saying, Shed Hunter, Rackoholic and a huge bowhunting scene on my back glass of my bedtopper, and hop on my bike wearing full camo and rubber boots!.................Would that look suspicious or tip someone off? Stop me if you think it's not a good idea...............I'm seriously considering it, OH, it's not a hunting lease but city folks who don't even want you entering their fucking driveway TOO ask for the permission! WTF!

I figure if they don't get picked up by somebody then they are just going to go to waste and get chewed on by tree rats and mice.....I don't believe in wasting resources! Oh, and where is that dang dog!

I'm going to get as technical as it get here, but, hear me out. There is a very, very good chance that the land surrounding the bike path is owned by the public and that the city/town/municipality had to pay the landowner to put it there (Dolan v. City of Tigard). Thus, it's public land. Last time I checked, there's no statutes about walking on public land. If you happen to pick up a shed antler while you're at it, then well hey look! A shed!

Sort of like when the electric company comes and tears up your front yard and chops your trees down? Right-of-way; only the municipality had to lease/buy/lean to get that property to put the bike path on.

I was riding my bike on the bike path in MT vernon. I noticed 2 guys had left the back path and where walking between the river and the path. I passed them riding on the way back and one guy had a dead head sticking out of his pack. It looked like the other had a decent shed on his bike rack. They where not wearing camo but they had long pants and boots on.
I can't imagine anyone would really care?

This would have made a real nice set BUT I was about 11 months late! MF'er!!! I went thru this finger last early April and these must have dropped after I quit looking. This makes 3 for me so far but chewed up like this almost makes them not count, IMO! DANG...........

My bro sent me a pic of what he's found so far yesterday PM. He found the mate to the nice shed toward the middle this morning about 600 yards from where he found the first side. So here is the pic without the mate and then the pic of the mate(ATL).

Just a note: The mid 70 inch antler at the top of the group pic he did NOT find but a landowner gave it TOO him about 2 months ago. He knew he collects them and he found it this past Nov. while building fence. He called my bro when he saw him out looking one day in late Jan. It slipped his mind all fall and winter about calling him! The sec. my bro got the phone call everyone at his house wondered where's Ron?!? He slipped out and was gone! The landowner couldn't believe how fast he made it over to his place and in turn his own family couldn't believe how fast he got there and back after going AWOL for 10 minutes! What a DICK! Lucky FUGGAR! Congrats bro, you take em anyway you can get em!:pickle:

Awesome Ric! I was out Friday evening, Saturday, and close to 4hrs yesterday. Zilch. I think the squirrels got some of them, and the flooding took away many of the others. Then I was surprised to see the one buck still carrying on Saturday. Hard saying because I have hit all my main bedding areas and hunting locations with only finding 2 this year. My buddy was out with me yesterday and was out yesterday morning as well. We are hitting it hard but he didn't find any either. Dang!

Here is a dead head I found yesterday afternoon, it's a 7 pointer, guessing is scores around 110-120.....It's bigger than the picture makes it look. Oh, and I found something else.....stay tuned.
