Been really slacking on this lately as material prices are through the rough but my hillside project is going well. Just got another 620 tons of shake dumped over the hill and got it rough graded. 30 loads of clean fill/ rough topsoil will be in Monday and once it’s graded I will be seeding and straying with the blower. One expensive project but well worth it for me and the aesthetics of the yard!

Needed to move the door to the basement bathroom. The service panel was located in the bathroom (horrible planning on my part when I finished the basement). Also had some water damage from a roof leak around the plumbing vent. Got it 90% done. Will pickup floor trim this evening. Then set the toilet and vanity. Glad this project is winding down.

Our oldest is in 4H and this is her first year with an animal project. We started small with something we know pretty well, market chickens. My sister-in-law won grand and reserve champion a few times, so she's a good resource. We needed a coop just for them and I wanted one we could move, so I built this one on a skid. She worked hard to help me get it built and while it's far from perfect, it's functional!
