I've been taking EAAs for three weeks. They're working well. I'm back up to 197 while maintaining keto like eating habits. EAAs help synthesize protein among other benefits for an aging body.
I take 2, 3 times a day.
I really hope I continue to feel the way I have the last couple of days. I haven't felt this good since before my lungs went to shit. Actually have hope for more improvement.I've often thought about getting me T levels checked. Glad to hear you've found some equilibrium.

It happens, we're all human and without rewards, what's the struggle for? Especially when you haven't been feeling well.I was bad yesterday. Ate a sleeve of club crackers, couple handfuls of pretzels, 2 reeses cups and 2 tortillas. After having 4 days of miserable stomach issues I caved and just ate whatever looked and sounded good. Today is a kids birthday so I'm sure I will suck at my diet again today. I'll get back on track Monday. Already feeling guilty tho.
