TOO Weight Loss - Biggest Loser Edition

Went Friday for my checkup on my testosterone level. Shot up to 1800+. Not that I haven't had a rough couple of weeks at work and home, but this surely didn't help my irritation level. I looked up the symptoms of high testosterone levels and I checked every box. Turns out my body is pretty sensitive to this medication, so that's a good thing. I won't have to take as much as your average person to achieve the 800'ish number the doctor wants. I currently want to smash everything, punch everyone in the mouth and it's hard to handle the dog breathing. It did make me gain some muscle back tho. 195 this morning but down another belt notch. In perfect timing as I gotta get back in my FR clothing this week. They didn't fit a few months ago. Lol
LOL! Roid Rage!! Glad to hear your "boys" are moving in the right direction though!

My FIL went off the deep end because of testosterone supplements. Was bad and we wouldn’t let the kids go over there for a while til they squared him away. Completely different person. Definitely something they should have made you more aware of.

Being bi-polar I chalked it up to just that. This feeling of irritation and stress was nothing new to me. I also have alot going on, so I figured it all had me triggered.

I seem to have mentally chilled back out. Could be a number of reasons including the reduction in T.

Also been holding steady around 190, so down 41 pounds since the start of this. The wife did homemade cinnamon rolls for Easter breakfast. Then homemade rolls to go with dinner and pineapple upside-down cupcakes for dessert. I made some ugly comments under my breath but never ate any of it. So I'm here to brag about it. Maybe it'll help me not be pissed off about it as I look at the pile on the countertop. 🤤

Ironically, checking in at hour 37 of a fast as a way to recover from a ridiculous weekend of gluttony. Disney is 7 weeks out and I haven't lost a legit pound this year, so reality is setting in. My FB memories have been heavy with my success with keto in 2016, so that's helped with the motivation.

Lots of fasting happened the last 2 weeks. More than I had planned on doing anyways. Yesterday was horrible. I ate and drank all kinds of things that I shouldn't have. Just weighed myself after eating 4 eggs for breakfast and 4 chicken titties for lunch at 185 fully dressed. I need to add some belt holes today also. Started this journey with my belt hurting me on the very last hole. Now the first hole isn't holding my pants up. Shorts I wore last year make it about 3 steps before falling to the floor. 10 more pounds by the third weekend in July and I'll be at my goal.
