Jay got the shakes and missed a dandy buck this morning, he was hunting with mom. Maybe tonight... Isaac and I got busted by a doe we didn’t know was behind us. Decent temperatures to hunt. Can’t complain.

Had decent rut action last night. Button buck running and grunting. 2 basket racks checked scrapes. Tonight my wife called and said she saw a monster chasing a doe down the road. Who knows!? We will see.

Bone chilling cold! This morning saw 1 spike buck and a nice Tom turkey. Left at 10 am. Back in at 2. Saw a spike buck grunting and chasing a doe with a baby. Then another lone doe. Followed shortly after by 2 bucks both stopped to hit scrape along logging road. Active hunting day for cold and...

Got awesome daytime pics on 11/8. Of course I left at 11 am and came back at 2:45. Big buck was on cam in same area. 1:30... saw a single buck dogging in a field this am on my way home from work. Along 33.

Got in the woods at 6. Like something from a book. So dark and still this morning, all u hear is occasional water drops from leaves. And the hum of random vehicles leaving the ridge headed to work, suckers 😂.

1 lone doe. 6.5 hours of sitting. Doe was chased off by 3 dogs, which I’ve never seen. Not happy! Wonder what else they’re chasing!?
