    Low Opening Day Numbers.

Looks like last year in the overall harvest it was 7.5% NR, so it wouldn't account for all of the drop this year. I think the youth harvest was up pretty good this year. My neighbor at camp said there was guys out all over the place on opening day.

The proverbial light bulb just went off

I usually wear mine in and then I will take off when I get out of the tree to head back.

    ATV disc

I have never used one, but I know a guy that has the groundhog max and says it does a pretty nice job. Alot cheaper in cost. I think they work well since they use some of the weight of the ATV.. The issue with any of these small discs is they lack the weight to really do a great job in...

Cubic feet per minute. Of course since it is airless, I don't see how that applies. :ROFLMAO:

I don't use decoys that often anymore. Seems like they can hurt you as much as help you often times.

So far I have been well pleased with my John Deere 1025. It is a far better machine than the Kubota that I had. Of course the Kubota was over 40 years old and the JD is brand new. LOL. One thing to consider on many of these sub compacts. Alot of the 3 point hitches don't have position...

It is hard to get 1 size tractor to do everything. Better off with 2. LOL. With turf tires, you can always throw on a set a chains for when you are doing work with it and need traction. May have to take the deck off though as I know my JD has very little clearance between the deck and tires...

Congrats to all the youth hunters. Nice weather must have been the trick. We went back to where we heard 2 birds yesterday on the roost but couldn’t get to them in time. Over a mile walk each way but it was worth it. They can straight off the roost and almost ran us over. Colton shot it at 13...

We had a gobbler late this afternoon that was pretty hot. We made a move on him and then he went silent. I know we didn’t spook him but not sure what happened. We are going back Tomorrow in where we heard some birds this morning. Hopefully they are roosted one the same place. We didn’t hear any...

    Anything but the stupid virus

We should hopefully be too. I knew he was close in age to my son, but couldn't remember what age he was. My son is 17 so this will be his last year. He doesn't turn 18 till next Feb so he will be able to hunt the youth deer season this fall.

    Anything but the stupid virus

Is he still able to hunt in youth season? This is my son's last year of being able to hunt the youth seasons in both PA and Ohio.

    2019-nCoV (Coronavirus)

One thing they said today on the WH press conference is they don't know yet how long the antibodies last in your system. Will they only last a year or will it be like chicken pox where you get it once and then you are immune for life or will it be in between.

I had plenty of gap around mine but they did pull apart. I bought it on sale from Lumber liquidators so maybe it wasn't the best quality either. I don't know. Not hurting anything though since it is a hunting cabin.
