Anything is feasible if a feller wants to work hard enough. You're talking about a 200+ yard wide section that's presumably seeing the same travel. That's on this side of the drainage. There are two more stretches 150 yards wide that are very similar to this. On this particular spot, I'd love to clear-cut it as it's south-facing and I know we would get some great regeneration of oaks and native grasses. Wouldn't solve the travel pattern, but it sure would make for good habitat!Would it be feasible to either put some dead falls or a fence up to block that line of travel and “steer” them where you’d like them to travel?
