Thanks Sarge. We were thinking he was nibbling on the carpet padding we had torn out but not yet removed from the house to haul off. That is gone. Still puking. Now thinking he may have developed a Kleenex eating fetish out of the trash cans. If we can eliminate those (keep the cans empty) for a week or so and see if it stops the puking. . . .maybe? Otherwise it will be a vet appointment.

Wife just texted me saying our little one was throwing up bad and looked drunk. Did the emergency 3am vet and gave her fluids. Wait g to go to the vet now. Expensive little dog.

I must say for a Mexican pit bull she is the sweetest dog I’ve ever seen. All 3# of her.

She has something lodged in her intestines. Bringing her in for emergency surgery. Wife can barely keep it together over there. Damn dog will eat anything. Sticks, leaves, worms and any food or vegetable. Hope she makes it. We were just saying we had her a year the other day.

Thanks guys it means a lot! We tore up. People that was never raised w dog, ain’t never experienced what true unconditional love is. Hard to say in words what joys and love our pets bring to our life.
Unfortunately that’s a price we pay for their unconditional love...they have such short life spans and we know we will face that dreadful day when we have to say goodbye. Sad when they go way before their time. We had a dog pass in June of 2016 from bone cancer. We did everything we could...even took her to a cancer specialist...cost over $10,000. Thought she had it beat but it came back in her hip. Vet said there was nothing else we could do and that no matter what treatment she was given, she would be in pain for the last weeks or month of her life. I made her a good breakfast her last day...eggs, bacon, sausage then the vet came to our house to put her to sleep. We figured she didn’t need any more stress or discomfort so we had the vet come to us. Still, to this day when I see a pic of her it brings a tear to my eye. But I’d do it again just to have the privilege of having their company. We got two more rescue dogs...one in 2017 and one in 2018. They are great dogs and I know one day we will have to say goodbye to them. Until that day, we enjoy every day we have with them. Again, I’m sorry for your loss. Hang in there bud!
