Both dogs were off the leash at a “dog park” or what ever they call it.Decisions are made, fight or flight. You know what I would do. No time to weigh consequences, act quick or bury your dog. Easy choice for me. We have lease laws so the choice is easy.
Again, that’s emotional, I get that. I’m looking for what’s the legality of the use of force on an attacking dog on your dog...I look at it this way, ain’t no difference if the dog grabs my kid.
