I think this has more to do with your gut microbiome being healthier from eating zero processed garbage, no sugar, and hydration than anything else. I'm not going to stop eating vegetables as there are too many nutrients to be had from eating good veggies, very few drawbacks, I just like them and have zero desire to take supplements to make up for not eating vegetables. Speaking of supplements, my mission to stop taking pills of every sort seems to be moving along. Been off of Amlodipine (which is a calcium channel blocker and relaxes blood vessels) for a week now. Just a few minutes ago I took my blood pressure after sitting quietly and relaxing for about 5 minutes. 109/68, 106/69, 112/68, 104/63.
