Not ideal conditions but it’s November 1. Back in Ohio now. WV was a blast. Saw lots of quality bucks. Hoping Ohio is the same. Good luck fellas.

Been in since 6am. Busted two deer in the corn while
walking to the blind. I was about 20 yards from them and didn’t even know they were there because it was so dark. So we will see, but at least I saw something.

Well, a quick write up. After a liver shot. Waiting for me to drive 2.5 hours down to help him, a 2.5 hour track into some of the nastiest crap ever and almost 400 yards later....my cousin has his first buck. Hardest track of my life. So glad to be there for his first buck. Good one at that!
It’s windier than a sack full of assholes but I’ve been in since just before shooting light. Had doe and lil one checking out the deke awhile ago then a small 5-6 pt chased momma off with lil one lagging behind wondering if moms going to start slitting around again. This all happened between 7-7:25. Going to climb down when winds pick up later.

He already visited for about 5 minutes. He hightailed it when it started raining. I’m sitting in this blind and I was thinking to myself... you know what we haven’t had in a while, some rain. The farm is already flooded, and now it’s raining more.
I’m in stand in hocking On my brother in laws farm so windy bow is sideways on hanger lol had one broke up 8 point walk by and that’s it so far ... but of course the cameras at my house haven’t quit going off since sun up [emoji2359][emoji2359]

Atleast 5 so far, might have been a few more that I couldn't see. This spike just cruised by right underneath me. Fairly decent deer action for such a windy morning so far. I'll take it.

Absolutely pouring here in Creston, but it says rainy ending in 33 minutes. Thank god I was smart and looked at the radar beforehand and chose the blind instead of the tree stand.
