Got the chance to hunt with my mom this morning for the second time this season and luck was not on her side today. We worked a bird off the roost for about 45 min and had him at less then 15yrd but her gun was pointing the wrong way and he made her when she tried to move. Gotta love it when they spit and drum when there that close.
Good stuff Chad! Aholdren- that is TOO cool! Turkey hunting with my mom is something I could never imagine.
My mom was supposed to hunt with me when I was in MI, but she got the flu right before.
