Thought Id bring this thread back up, this is a really cool thread.
These aren't really that vintage but it was something I never get to do anymore.

Awesome pics Aaron, are you chasing longbeards with your mom this year? BTW, there's a bearded hen running around on the farm I hunt, I saw her again on Sunday. I might fling an arrow at her if I get the chance. Did you get your bearded hen mounted?

These might not be vintage to some, but....

First pic is of me after my first hunt ever. Shooting things at close range I learned to be bad...lol. 1993, I was 13.

Needless to say, I was hooked. By 1997 I was out jumping from trees and taking deer with a fixed blade buck knife. Double lung, through the top side! Lol

Love this thread, nice work digging it up!

Here's one of my grandpa. Just got his tanning recipe from his belongings and my mom snapped this one. I need to get some more next time I'm at my grandmas.

He was a union carpenter, drove every nail in that house in the picture. I grew up right next to it outside of Plumbrook NASA. Both my uncles are the reason I got into hunting. Fishing took hold because of my mom. All because of this man and his ornery, drunk ass brothers.

Actually, this is a picture of our Grandfather.
He is the person responsible for Jeff's and my love of hunting and fishing.

Here he's pictured exiting his trusted Scout.
Miss ya Gramp.
