Yeah and there's two that are firsts and lasts unless it's a bruiser dragging her out solo and in the dark was a fight. I took the wrong trail at one point and added like 25 minutes to my drag. But just never had luck with early season does and I don't shoot any during the rut.

Up in the tree now at a new set Taylor and I hung. The wind is about to blow the tree over it feels like. But hopefully with this lil front coming in they'll get moving. I hope it rains honestly.
Just got settled in myself. First time hunting this set this year. Got a early season doe from here last year. Still humid as all get out and got a decent wind. In a peninsula of woods surrounded by corn. So not so sure on whether or not I will see anything.
Just started raining here. Tue kind that makes you want to sleep. Hearing some thunder in the distance. Checked the radar and there is a band heading right to me. Should I stay for should I go.
Lightning ain't worth it Steve..... Head too the house or field scouting from the truck.....
