Just had a deer snort. Wind is blowing straight that way and it's his I came in while sweating like a whore, AND thats where the yotes went. I never had a chance.

I've lost count but its a bunch. Got some great video of the double main beam, the big 6, and an absolute giant as he crossed over to another property while just out cruising. No idea how many does and fawns. The only four I've had in range are the big 6 and four antlerless.

We didn't! I went about four years staring at leaves. Quit shooting does completely in 06, started killing yotes, landowner threw everyone but me off, and now I have it made! :). I'm watching two in a cut cornfield now but they are over a mile away...

Had slow start. Later saw probably a 2.5 8pt with left side busted g 2 and 3s. Then noticed a doe pop out of corn. She was watching him intently but he didn't chase her around. We will have to see what comes of the morning. Might turn into something yet.

Just had momma with 2 yearlings come in. Probably safe to post now. I shot that doe earlier. Shot deflected on a limb and hit high. Watched her run 70yds and ball up kicking. Wanted to be sure though. I saw fletchings sticking out as she ran off. The reaction and sniffing by momma doe verify she is dead. They sniffed and followed her blood trail until up on her. Then they all jumped back when they saw her. Lol. Silly deer. Rhonda is dead.

Just had a doe confirm my fear for this tree and she nailed me sitting here. I need a better tree to hide in which means moving E 50-60 yards. May be the better spot anyways.

She must have twisted when the arrow released or something. It ended up being a pass thru shot. Just broke the arrow off by the fletchings and they were sticking out as she ran off. Spray painted corn stalks all the way to where she dropped. 70yd run. Slick Tricks went thru the near shoulder. I better call this thing in and post later.

Good luck to you all out there hunting this morning. From 840am on the deer were moving pretty good in my area. Supposed to be a good day for midday action.
