She must have twisted when the arrow released or something. It ended up being a pass thru shot. Just broke the arrow off by the fletchings and they were sticking out as she ran off. Spray painted corn stalks all the way to where she dropped. 70yd run. Slick Tricks went thru the near shoulder. I better call this thing in and post later.

Good luck to you all out there hunting this morning. From 840am on the deer were moving pretty good in my area. Supposed to be a good day for midday action.

Congrats!!!!!!

Settled in about 10 minutes ago. We broke for lunch at 11 and found my dad burning and clearing brush next to the pond. Ran and grabbed lunch, then came back and chilled with him for a while listening to bluegrass and enjoying the fire. I decided to go sit over the food and threw out the buck deke for shits and giggles.

I should see some deerz tonight! Course 500 pounds of ear corn 80 yards away helps. lmao

I'm in! Sitting in the bottom where I watched the drop tine buck last year. These trails have never been like this. They are basically dirt. And there is a scrape under me that I didn't see until I climbed the tree. Goodluck everyone.

I haven't been in this woods with a stand or camera this year. Mostly due to the corn on the other side. Had to come here due to wind/time restraints. Not a fan of hunting over winter wheat. We shall see.

I'm in the buddy stand alone at the crack pasture. Kody opted for the tent below me where he missed the doe Friday. He's with my dad. Klay wussed out.

This guy was in front of this stand this morning at 11:30 am. He also passed by 7:30 pm on Friday. That's right after we left and finished finding kodys arrow.

He's not what I'm looking for. I'd love for Kody to get a chance. I'd also like to see him in person.
