Ended up seeing 3 bucks and 2 doe from the blind. Two of the bucks were in range. I thought we were bringing one home. Found no hair, blood or deer. Bummed. Saw a mess of deer on the way back to rhe truck.

Ended up seeing a total of 8 had one at full draw from 20 yds right at last light. Good practice. Busted three out on the walk to the truck.

Saw 13 this evening. 1 spike and the rest were does and fawns except for the last two which I couldn't tell what they were due to darkness. Really wanted to stick a doe tonight. The closest was about 75 yards.

Got my new electric service done. Heading to the stand now, the combine is running the corn in the field to the north of my set. I have been waiting for this to happen and I can't believe that I am going to be in the stand while they are doing it.
