It looks like we could get a little wet, but I'm in this for the long haul. I'll have one, maybe two 10x10 pop up canopies that will aid in keeping dry. I also have a clay thrower to replace the one Dan was going to bring. I plan on bringing 100 clays and rounds to shoot a little bit. I'm bringing bows and poles as well.
As far as food goes, I'll bring some beans, chips, mac/pasta salad, and deer meat of several varieties. If some one wants to grab some hamburger buns, I'll bring enough hamburgers to do Friday night. Does anyone have a propane fyer? I have a fry cutter and can bring potatoes as well. As far as Saturday goes, I plan on doing a tenderloin or two over the fire, just depends on if I get my grill back or not.
Here's a rough outline on how to get there...
Route 60 runs between I-70 and St. Rt. 36 which comes out of Newcomerstwon/Coshocton. I'll be heading up 77 to Newcomerstown, then taking 36 over to 60 where they intersect at Warsaw. From there, we'll turn south on 60 and go roughly 3 miles to the intersection of 60/Co. Rd. 17/Township Rd. 55. You'll want to stay left/straight and head south on 17 to the T with Township Rd. 56. Swing a right on to 56 and it takes are hard 90 at the entrance to the campground. I'll try to throw up a sign right there if it is not an obvious turn off. (If you come out I-70 and take 60 north out of Zanesville, it is roughly 30 miles to Co. Rd. 17. In Tunnel Hill, 60 will intersect with 541, but you stay north on 60. Township Rd. 56 will be the second road on the right you turn off 541/60 at Tunnel Hill.)
