I have done this before but decided to do it again. I get lazy just to cook it everytime I’d get home. So, decided to do it again and throw em all in the smoker and be done with. 5 days meal prep. All for lunch then when I get home just do steaks . Much easier on me so more time to work out come home to relax and eat.

Are you running a split, Sean? Or just one muscle group a day?
I’ve been doing one group per day. Chest, back, shoulders, arms, then legs with cardio days in between each day. For example:
Mon - chest
Tues - cardio / stretch
Wed - back
Thur - cardio
Fri - shoulders
Sat/Sun - rest
Mon- cardio
Tue - arms
Wed - cardio
Thur - legs
Fri - cardio
Sat/Sun rest

I’ll go heavy for a two week cycle, light for two weeks, then do a week of kettlebell and body weight before back to another cycle of heavy. I need to mix things up again though so I might do splits after this current cycle.

What are you doing? I need new ideas to keep mixing things up.

New high score...228. Time to be accountable and do something again. I seem happiest around 200, so that will be my goal.
Everyone wanted Mexican takeout for dinner. So I went and only cleaned half my plate. Left pleasantly full and not feeling like a tick. But after a weekend of drinking and that meal I felt like I needed to step on the scale for the first time. 218 pounds, so down 10. I know weighing yourself in the evening compared to morning is a different weight. But I feel like I need to do better.

IF you are in fact wanting to take it seriously, you're better off weighing yourself at the same time daily (first thing in the morning is best for me) and taking a weekly average than randomly stepping on a scale.
