Ok, so 1 month ago I got on the scale and weighed in at 199. Those that know me know I'm not a big guy. I was NOT gonna crack 200 again! (Unless it's mostly muscle, which it's not) So I got online and researched diets and found one I liked. 2 weeks ago I started it, and since I was already paying a gym membership that I wasn't using I started using it again.
So here I am 2 full weeks into this and I have dropped 13lbs and 1 1/2" off the waist. I still have about 10-15lbs or 2in off my waist to go and I am bound and determined to get it gone my the end of the month. Once I reach that goal I will change the diet to reflect muscle gains. Basically right now I am calorie cycling. 4 day cycles starting at 760 per day dropping to 460 on day 4. I feel great and have a ton more energy already.. I will keep you up to date as it goes.
