Ugh, even with cheating a bunch...the first leg is always easy. 220 a week ago, 207 as of right now. I still do a super bowl party every year and watch movies instead. Gonna try and eat more then fried appetizers this year. Might have a carrot. We will see...not really trying at this point, just trying to hold myself accountable and not eat 4 mcchickens for lunch. Also not drinking every night. Nights I do drink, I don’t eat. 😂

I'm not set on hourly fasting times but it works. My wife says I'm starving myself but I'm eating plenty. If I overeat or eat crappy on the weekend I don't eat at work so 630am or the night before to 5pm. If I maintain the normal gut feeling not a gorged stuffed to the brim which I used to eat until feeling every meal, I drop weight. I'm hovering around the 25lb mark. I wouldn't mind getting 5 more but I'm building muscle again so it will be slow going. Feeling good. hoping. These warm temps I would not mind running to get the lungs burning.

You're only starving yourself if your caloric intake is far lower than what you burn, and if your nutrient intake is creating deficits that could be detrimental to your health. There's a ton of science out there that supports intermittent fasting, especially as the #1 thing you can do to slow down the effects of aging.

30 days to work on my abs...I'm on 3rd day....its kicking my ass but worth it, lol. Almost didn't want to do it this morning before going to work. So, I had to push myself to get motivated.

Down to 203.5 from 212 on 1/21. What's funny about that is I was 204.5 last Saturday morning. We went out Saturday night and I had pasta, got drunk, and had late night munchies. I was 213.5 on Monday morning. It's amazing what booze and shitty food will do to you.

I have no idea how you keep getting in and out of the woods...any ground I’ve been on has been saturated beyond driving on. Zero chance I could get a truck back out of my woods today, or even a week from now.

Down to 199 here, but I will likely lose my bet with my wife due to inability to exercise thanks to the respiratory crud. Probably bust out some dirty weight cutting techniques beginning tonight since final measurements are due Wednesday morning.

Still keeping up with the six pack abs app. I'm like the result. Beer belly is going away finally. This is only the basic workout app. It'll get harder after I complete this program

198.5 this morning. Lost 13.5#s and 2.5" to beat my wife by 0.78 points. She's a sore loser this AM too. 😂

She got mad at me Sunday because I didn't eat pizza or cookie cake at Kenna's birthday party on Sunday and I rubbed it in her face that since she did, it would be the difference in the contest. I was right. 😎

And I may or may not have cut 3#s of water weight yesterday to edge her out...

Hell no. I have a good 14 loads of hunting and work clothes that need washed. Bet your ass I'm stuffing that washer full every day for the next 2 weeks. 😂
