My main mission is this.... Get healthy at a weight I am comfortable with physically and mentally while preserving my current muscle integrity! Basically I want to cut up and stay strong as hell! Haha. Monday I had all my measurements take and a before photo taken to keep that driving force alive! As Jesse mentioned our workouts are intense, mixing low reps with heavy weight and high reps with lighter weight! I have incorporated at least 30 mins of cardio each day thus far. Fellas the energy boost is amazing compared to the size of the shake and it's caloric content! Protein is key in any muscle building routine and yes there is such a thing as having too much protein. Your body is only capable of digesting a certain amount at any given time. So as Aaron preached .....drink lots of water to keep the system flushed! I am currently taking about 175 to 250 grams a day and usually over 6 meals/snacks! The shake is a soy protein created to absorb in 3 different phases....fast,moderate and slow! Thus getting every gram digested and used properly! I fully expect to reach my desired goals with this and become a testament to what I preach! After 3 days on this I can already tell a difference in energy and how my body responds to a different satiety level. Its satisfying and filling and I'm doing it without starving my body the nutrients it needs! I've got a fire under my ass and challenge anyone to do this with us! Hit me up and I will get u the information that u need!!

Dang! Are you blowing your ass out every five minutes, too? My buddy across the street takes a shit load of protein every day, and he's constantly farting... the nastiest farts imaginable, bro.

Actually.....YES!! Haha. My coworkers are hating me right now! But the shakes aren't giving me the gas, it's the extra protein! And they are horrible!

Update of my transformation challenge:
1 week in to my challenge and I feel great. Jesse and I have hit the gym hard and also added in a few miles of running/walking! I have to say the last few workouts have me convinced that anyone would be hard pressed to finish without puking! Lol. I took measurements on 4/10 and again today the 17th. I am down 6 pounds from 250 to 244 and have lost 1.1% body fat! My body fat started out at 21.5 and I'm now down to 20.4! Goal would be right around the 12-15 range. I also will add that I've lost 2 3/4 inches off my hips and waist all while maintaining my strength! I am optimistic about how this challenge will end but know it will have it's ups and downs! The shakes still taste great and I've been able to tweak recipes to my liking as to not get tired of them! 83 days to a new me!

I have been slacking big time, but it is actually part of the plan to some degree. I reached a serious point of stagnation in my workouts. I was busting ass and not seeing any more results, so I lost motivation to even go to the gym. My plan is to take a month off, this is week 3, eat what I want and then get back to basics. I'm up to 220ish right now, so I'm going to have weight to shed to give me a sense of accomplishment again. I'm not sure I want to add any more size, so I'm going to back to focusing on conditioning and toning what I have. I'm looking forward to getting back after a little more each day, so this break really seems to be helping me in that regard...

Managed to drop 60lbs from Xmas. Leaving for vacation in the morning. So there will be no working out for a week.

This is not a weight loss tip, but a supplement tip.
I pretty much hit a wall and started taking three new supplements, all of them are ALLMAX brand. I've made impressive gains.
http://www.bodybuilding.com/store/all/glut.html
Glutamine is highly in demand throughout the body. It is used in the gut and immune system extensively to maintain optimal performance. 60% of free-form amino acids floating in skeletal muscles are L-glutamine. L-glutamine plays a very important role in protein metabolism, and it appears to be a very important nutrient for body builders.* When supplemented, it may help body builders reduce the amount of muscle deterioration that occurs because other tissues that need glutamine will not rob the glutamine stored in the muscle cells.
http://www.bodybuilding.com/store/all/leucine.html
LEUCINE is so essential for the body that it is referred to as a 'limiting nutrient'. The body absolutely requires LEUCINE in order to make use of all of the other amino acids. Without adequate amounts of LEUCINE all other sources of protein can be deemed useless. In short, without LEUCINE the body doesn't function properly and will not make use of protein.
http://www.bodybuilding.com/store/all/taurine.html
As a non-essential amino acid, TAURINE is one of the most abundant amino acids in the body which can be found in the central nervous system, white blood cells, the brain and skeletal muscles. It can help improve exercise performance and body composition.

We're a bunch of fatasses....

I joined a gym this week and have been working out after work. So far, so good. It's slightly ghetto but it feels good to work out again.

Atta boy Huck. Ive been doing the normal maintain shit, lift twice a week just upper body and jogging between 2 and 3 miles twice a week. Wish I could sit aside a little more time for lifiting but my heads just not in it and my elbows and left shoulder are still peckerheading me TOO.

Jeeezzzz! I started working out again about 3-4 weeks ago. Damn it, I feel like I got pregnant with my wife for our last girl... I kept thinking, "well she's eatin, I might as well too..." what a retard!

Anyways, working out again feels great except for the fact that I'm sore as shit! Feels even better when shooting my bow...

Happy I'm doing it though, I need to!

I run just about every day 1.5-3 miles depending on how I feel that morning lol.... I also do push ups and crunches every day and yesterday during the push ups I felt some burning and now today I'm sore and was cramping in the back below the right shoulder blade today during my run.... So I'm going too take off a couple of days and see how that works.... It's hell getting older lol.....
