TOO Weight Loss - Biggest Loser Edition

I'm finally back to normal after my battle with the 'VID. Weighed in at 225 today, which is down 7 from my heaviest this year. It's 20#s too many, so the goal is to lose that before Thanksgiving. I'm taking all of gun season off and I'd rather not ride the struggle bus all week! My oldest daughter is saying she wants to run cross country next year, so that gives me a reason to do some jogging. Gotta keep up with all the skinny guys around here nowadays!

I was concerned about fair week. I tried to be good and then allowed myself 1 meal and felt so gross afterwards that it pretty much cured me of it.

81 hours of fasting since Sunday, seeing good numbers on the scale again.

I'm floating from 221 to 225 right now, but my body composition has changed enough that I know things are moving in the right direction. Definitely sleeping better (still a terrible sleeper, but it's about as good as it's going to get) and my energy level is much better. I'll need to ramp up my physical activity to help break the plateau, so I'm ready to get in the woods for some long hikes!

I just did the math because I mentioned it in a text. I'm about 2 weeks away from the 12 month mark and 73 pounds lighter. 😳

I even stopped fasting to try and not freeze this winter. Still dropping weight. I wasn't trying to inspire anyone. Just shared some information and let you guys make an educated choice. 👍🏾

Start taking magnesium about an hour before you go to bed. We use Qunol, I generally take two capsules which I think are 420 each?

Agreed bowkills, weird how a shrinking stomach and clean food gets you wanting more of it.

New treadmill landed yesterday afternoon, time to get off this plateau and get under 200lbs on a regular basis. I've flirted with it a few times since July, I like how it feels. BC, how you holding

3yrs.....great things happen when you make good choices. Goals, smarter eating, and consistent exercise. EOY approaching quickly, start today to make MO on your side as you start the New Year.

185lbs consistently with same muscle mass is the new goal, sitting at 196 currently.

Let's see em, time for accountability checkins.

I gained weight 🤷‍♂️

I'm struggling with motivation amidst a very hectic (AKA stressful) period in my life. I'll get with it eventually, but I'm going to be a fat loser until then.
