What's For Dinner?

This is one of those ... " I outdid myself moments " ..... I really wanna try this at camp ..... Catfish / Shrimp Chowder ! I just had TOO make a big production out of it, it's that good.
Pulled chicken at 5 hrs and ribs at 5 1/2hrs. Everything was great. Bones fell out of ribs and was still moist. Would call everything a success.

Poor mans venison stroganoff. Wife had to work late and dinner night was all me. It's quick, simple, and my girls love it.
