What's For Dinner?

Sauteed some zucchini, garlic, and onions. Threw some leftover tomatoes, Italian seasoning and some canned chicken in and served over rice. Damn fine eating.

I'm at it again. Chicken n ribs w/ cabbage ... again. I'm feeding the Brittany's owners tonight. I've been wanting to try this pit method by feeding coals underneath the meat with the fire off to the side. It's nice to get away from maintaining the correct smoke, but it's a chore just the same. I always enjoy watching videos of the old timers taking their time using their pits.
