I would’ve sworn he would make 125.
That doe & two fawns just came back down, taking their good old time eating acorns. The way she would stop & keep looking back had me hoping. They came by & went past my popup on the way in to the thicket.
Heard some soft grunting from up above. Either a button or fawn came down playing catch up.

Saw 4-5 bucks this morning chasing and cruising. A few of them were grunting. Back in the funnel stand that I killed my 2016 buck out of for the afternoon hunt. Should be a good evening as long as there's no further issues.
Oh yeah!!!! Maybe a touch far back but should be a dead buck. Rain has moved on. No worries giving him time. Good luck on the recovery!
That doe went back up the hill after browsing. I've got my neighbor back at it playing street sanitation worker. I've got visions of me going down there & firing a bolt into that blower.

I watched that video thinking you just filmed a deer and let him walk. I was thinking man I’d shoot that sucker, then the arrow came and I jumped lol. Good stuff man let us know when you tag him!

One hour back in the stand and I just had two little bucks that I called in right underneath me and messed with them, which was fun.

Just saw a really nice buck standing in a CRP field just outside of gahanna. Old buck with a tall rack. Just standing there looking around at about 3:30pm. Can’t wait to get back in the woods tomorrow afternoon.
Just got a BBD text. Been busy. Looked at it when a second text came thru 15min later saying " Just kidding. Testing out the response system." I'm meeting my buddy at his truck on the walk out. You can't tease a man like that!

Thanks guys. He went 60 yards and piled up. After hitting one in the shoulder last year I wasn’t taking any chances and put this one further back and still got both lungs.

Best weather here this week. Feels awesome out.
I don't really like where I ended up setting up this evening but this one walked right under me . Maybe a shooter will do the same .
