It’s all about the movement..We’re entering the part of what I call the rape game… If I could only fugg for a week or so a year I’d run in to a forest fire with me nuts dragging on the ground to get some…

He actually called me about two years ago telling me same (TING) from sitting in his truck..
He got out not only beat that deers nose put it on the ground. Then sent me a picture of the brightest red deer sack I have ever saw not sure what was up with that to this day.
looked like a sack of strawberries with hair…
That was November 10 or 11th. Different "ball" game. And I waited for thermals to drop before going in and used those to my advantage.

My season has been great.Haven’t killed shit! passed about 15 or so deer so far all under 20 yards…
My kids finally got his first buck. Proud moment.. It was a beat up basket 7 couple horns broke off but it was an absolutely perfect first buck. I didn’t want his first one to be a big one.
(Just me everyone may differ on that)
So the boy is 3for3 with a bow.
My buddy’s kid also got his first deer. Was a basket 8.. Absolutely perfect..
Little harder this year my kid has finally came to the stage of wanting to hunt he’s been going squirrel hunting after school each day. Usually squirrel season is done by this time of year here.
Yet there’s no way in hell I’m going to tell him he can’t go. I’ve waited years for this moment. I won’t let me get in the way of him getting woods time over a deer. I did say tho ya got to be done by 530pm.
Ih and it’s Turkey season to ..
Anyhows I’m trying to figure out if I’m going hunting in this rain or maybe just live vicariously through y’all????? Odds are I’ll go get soaked..
Best of luck to all that goes out.. I’m about to start hitting it hard here very soon all day hunts.

I always have a ground blind set up for days like this. I actually have had one set up very close to my favorite tree. Some years I never used it, other times it allowed me to kill my target buck on a bad day.
Buddy had a young buck get about ten feet from him the other day. The deer gets his scent and locks up scared shitless. Buddy sitting against tree eye to eye with him. A doe comes in smells him and gets the fuck out but the buck just stayed locked up lol. He said finally he got enough nerve to walk away. Congrats on the buck stressless!

Got in got sat down no sooner did my ass hit the dirt 15 seconds maybe. I had a true West Virginia inbreed 11 come right up to me five yards maybe ..
It acted as if it wanted to hit my cigarette couldn’t make its mind up step forward move to the side come back look.. This thing was fugly had about 8 inches on one side and inch in half on other..
He walked off with out a snort…. I had another 4 point do damn near the same thing couple days back except that Duggar followed me around the woods moved spots twice. He was within 5 yards of me both spots..
Also thought I heard a grunt coming in but it may have been a tree grunt.
I know somebody knows about them.
any how thinking the 9 to 10 slot should be good where I’m at…
Gonna go look for the most fugged up memes here I can find now. (Some of you guys make me very proud)Probably have the biggest buck in the county walk by and bust me while I’m doing it..??

Friend just shot the buck he was after... Been helping him figure out this Jersey buck since last winter.... He's way back in and will need some help.... Problem is I have my tires off doing the brakes.... And rain is coming... Could take the wife's car, but again rain comming...
