Good way to go Dustin. When Dustin was over to the house I told him how much good luck I had with mine for 2 seasons. Not busted by even one deer that I know of.
My thoughts as well. Only reason I could see is if you call and a coyote appears it might increase chances with the yote. Does feel odd to not smoke the gear up.
Got you some more business on the scent smoker, Brock. After using mine all of last season, I finally convinced my buddy that he should get his own. He's ordering it now as we sit by the fire.

It's been somewhat positive with the usual doubters that know all. The last thread was someone asking about it and I kind of took it over. Have a few that became very interested in it but as usual the thread dies after a while as so many are reluctant to give it a try. Oh well, their loss LOL! Besides, if EVERYONE used it would it continue to work so well?!?!? LOL

The doubters will always be there. Thankfully, it's not just two or three people using it now. Those of you that have tried it know it works. Good enough for me!

LOL I was getting stuff together before heading down to Ohio this last weekend and opened up a couple of totes with well smoked clothes....LOL man that's good stuff!!
I kinda figured you'd say " somewhat " & that's cool. I certainly beleive that with all the talking we do, that we'll get all the more trying this, this coming season. This thread is gonna light up I bet.

I'll be new to smoking this season so I have a few questions that I didn't see throughout the previous posts. I may have missed it so if this is a repeated question sorry.
Should I smoke my stand prior to my first hunt? I have a homemade wooden box stand if that matters. If yes when should i do it, if I plan on bow hunting opening day? Thanks for the help.

No need to smoke your stand. The only stand I smoke up is my climber before I go in the woods.
