That's a good point JJ - time of workout.
What do you guys think? Morning? Afternoon? Evening? I think that they say that the morning is the best time to do it, but I tend to believe that doing it whenever you can it best...simple enough. I tend to find that working out at about 10 pm works great for me. That's when I'm on my get up at 8 am schedule, take a nap from 5-6, eat dinner, go to meetings and events, work out, shower, and then study during my peak productivity time of midnight-2am...then bed. So working out isn't the last thing I do before bed. It's such a stress reliever for me at College and does the mind good concentration wise.
