TOO Weight Loss - Biggest Loser Edition

Six pounds up for the holiday season. We don't do anything special for New years. Water water water.....I'm glad it's over.

Nothing a few days back on track wont fix!

Glad ya brought this TTT, its that time of year again where fellas get motivated to make a change for the upcoming calendar flip. Here's to hoping it isn't just motivation, but discipline and life changing decisions to be made to make a permanent difference for the long run.

Small diet tweaks and consistent workouts have helped me maintain the 195-200lb target achieved almost 3yrs again when I turned 40. Now its just fun to keep the body comp. change going, albeit slower than when I was 20 lol.

I need to dial up my discipline for sure. Far too much stress eating and drinking to be sustainable long-term. A big part of my plan to do better is renovating my man cave area so we can move all the exercise equipment in there. Having a dedicated space to workout will be a welcome change. The other thing I see helping is my middle daughter, who will be 9 in 6 weeks, loves working out. She wants to join me in my workouts and that's a fun addition to the equation. I've been maintaining an "acceptable" weight, but I'm not in good shape. 50# bags of feed feel heavier than they should, so I have to start fighting the aging more than the weight!

I’m in the worst shape I’ve ever been in and feel that way as well. Today starts the change to turn things around as it will only get harder as I age plus affect me later. No more excuses to work out, I need stop eating late at night, need to engage in more physical activity, and no more eating my kids leftovers because I don’t want to throw it away. Let’s go…

Get it! A very simple and helpful booster for maintaining and losing is just keep moving. Don't sit down at the end of the day for anything more than eating and using the bathroom. Stay moving daylight to bedtime. A set of pushups and sit ups every morning when you get up does wonders as well. If a work out is skipped your still burning off something.

You weren't to big to catch! Lmao! Levi and I talked about that yesterday when he did the same thing. I happened to be in the right spot again and caught him. Maybe I should add some grip tape to that step.

Haha it’s all good and thanks again for saving my ass. I’m the dumb ass that was holding the crossbow bolt with broad head when I did that too.
