TOO Weight Loss - Biggest Loser Edition

That's a really good total especially at that body weight. And congrats on the weight loss. I bet you will be surprised at how fast a lot of your strength comes back. Its still in there; your muscles and joints just need time to remember.

385/585/540 I believe. Been MANY years ago. I was 21 and I am 39 this month. I also wrapped to protect joints. That wasn't "legal" at some competitions.

I am just getting back into lifting/training. Using Waterburys workout.

I did DB split squats for the first time in years yesterday and any stairs I about fell down today. Lol

I maxed bench for fun and did 285 but my old arms were shaking like I was having seizures. I am a little sore on my upper body but my quads weren't ready for what I threw at them.

It's hell getting old when you let yourself get fat.

I was 205-210 then. Now I am 250 down from 281 seven weeks ago.

Congrats on the 31lb shed Beener!

HA. I'm still country strong. Just don't need to carry as much ass to get shit done any more! I won't impress any one with weight room stats, but I can do work. And now that work is not near as taxing!

That's too skinny man. That's crackhead skinny.
Kinda what I was thinking. Fugger ain't gonna be able to carry a climber come November;) seriously though Jesse, I think that's a little too skinny. Not my body though. Just don't want you becoming a toothpick.

Yea I'm surprised, Jesse... I figured 190-200 would be right in your wheelhouse. I'm 6'1" and today I weighed in at 197.6. I feel like 195ish is pretty ideal for my frame. But I ain't running no half fuggin marathons around the hills of Appalachia like your crazy ass either! Ha!

Are you sure that chart isn't for transgendered men? I'm 5'8" with a large frame. What man with a large frame weighs 150 lbs?

You know who does like to use them, the health insurance companies. You get some guy that hasn't ever seen the inside of a gym telling you that u are unhealthy and a risk so your rate goes up.

I'm still carrying a nice layer of fat. I think 185-190 is a good weight for me honestly. I've lost all the weight in my face/neck I'm going to lose, so visually, it's not really impacting how I look to most people. It'll just be a "beach body" thing. I want to see 190 at least because that's 50 pounds total which is a pretty good accomplishment. I don't know if I'll stay at 185 should I get there, but I won't know if it's a good weight if I don't at least see it!
