Last night was one of my favorites. To get things started I had to thaw out the tallapia.
While they where thawing I cut up two portabella shrooms.
Next was getting the seasoning for the fish and shrooms ready.
While the fish continue to thaw I started the special spicy pepper tartar sauce.
After breading the fish and getting them into the fryer I started breading the bellas so they could go into the fryer next to make portabella fries. The finished product was deep fried tallapia and portabella fries with a spicy pepper tartar sauce for dipping.
