What's For Dinner?

You guys have been killin it in the kitchen and on the grills!

Smoking my second brisket in the morning. Starting around 7am and doing it the same way I did my first one.

It’s in the fridge now but I’ll get it out at 5am to let it get to room temp before laying it in the smoker. Sprayed it down with my mop sauce and rub it down good.




This rub combo is AWESOME just sayin😜

BTW, this one is 7.75lbs.
