Charcoal grilled whole stripped bass rubbed down with olive oil, oregano, thyme, salt, and garlic. The texture on this fish is unmatched and the flavor is wonderful. I will be definitely be keeping more this size to cook whole.

Forgot to take pics. Pulled out some backstraps and cut them into butterflied steaks. Marinated them in milk then dales and toneys and put on the grill medium rare. Had homemade baked macs, salad and mushrooms.
Shredded chicken over buns with some cheese
Chicken fajitas w/ taco sauce & peach bourbon bbq mop. What could go wrong?? NOTHING !!

We had wild pork roast over rice and green peas with croissant hot bread.
